Lasagna1 box lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
2 cups mozzarella Parmesan cheese Directions
Grease a large baking dish with olive oil. Ladle Bolognese sauce covering the bottom of dish. Follow with a layer of lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until pan is almost full and then top off with more Bolognese & parmesan cheese to finish. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until center bubbly and edges lightly browned. |
Stuffed Shells1 box large shell noodles, cooked al dente
1 cup parmesan or mozzarella Directions
Grease a large baking dish with olive oil. Ladle Bolognese sauce covering the bottom of dish. Spoon ricotta mixture into each shell and place in pan. Ladle sauce over shells and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes or until shells are bubbly and lightly browned. Serve 2-3 shells in a pool of Bolognese. |
Baked Spaghetti1lb. spaghetti, cooked al dente
2 cups cottage cheese 1 cup parmesan cheese Directions
Grease a large baking dish with olive oil. Ladle Bolognese sauce covering the bottom of dish. Mix cooked spaghetti into ricotta mixture and pour into pan. Level out pasta mixture in the pan and spread cottage cheese over pasta. Generously ladle Bolognese over cottage cheese layer. Sprinkle parmesan over top and bake 30-45 minutes or until bubbly in center. |
