The perfect complement to stuffing and rich turkey gravy! Best to make mashed potatoes the day you are serving them to keep them as fresh and creamy as possible. Serves 6-8 people.
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes in half or quarters if they are large and place in a large pot of boiling water until potatoes are very tender all the way through (about 20 minutes). Drain potatoes in colander and return to the large pot. Immediately break up hot potatoes with a hand mixer or masher. Add cream, butter and seasonings the steaming potatoes and blend together until potatoes are completely smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve piping hot!
